THE TASK
Global Gathering is Employment Hero's annual worldwide conference, attracting more than 700 employees from 10+ countries. This is a major event that required impactful, meaningful, and world-class motion graphics. I created plenary hall video loops, to be displayed between sessions.

THE CHALLENGE
Creating motion graphics for such a big screen (10m+ wide) is a fine balance between visually impactful but not too distracting. My solution was to create short but striking animations, and punctuate them with lengthy moments of very subtle motion.
